Ashlynn McCarthy, Esq.
Owner & Managing Attorney
After completing her undergraduate studies, Ashlynn moved to Sacramento, California to attend the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Ashlynn was a member of the distinguished Inn of Court - Anthony M. Kennedy Chapter, an organization designed to promote ethics and civility in the practice of law and among members of the bar, as well as the honors legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. After completing her Juris Doctor, Ms. McCarthy and her husband moved back to Mississippi to assist her family through the loss of her father and younger brother. |
After a year, Ashlynn moved to Colorado. There, she served as the Head of School for a private international school specializing in the International Baccalaureate Program. She taught ESL to international middle school students, assisted them in integrating into their host families and communities, and oversaw the school wide commitment to the IBO program and curriculum. Ms. McCarthy then went on to open an immigration law firm. After a time there, she went on to open her own solo practice (self named) which eventually transitioned to become Riveter Law, LLC. |
Ms. McCarthy's legal experience includes immigration law, domestic relations cases, criminal defense, but she currently focuses on debt settlement and litigation defense. She prioritizes amicable resolution where possible to settle debts and avoid negative consequences such as bank levies, wage garnishments, property liens, or bankruptcy. Ms. McCarthy has worked with the most frequently used plaintiff debt-litigation firms in Colorado and is familiar with the parameters each uses for determining the acceptability of a settlement offers. This means that your case can be resolved without wasting time presenting offers that are not within the acceptable guidelines set by Plaintiff representation firms. |
